I love the classes! I'm over 40 and this is exactly what I need to stay flexible and fit. I can see Sifu Dan's love for the martial arts and he is friendly with a good sense of humor while teaching. There is an equal amount of 1-on-1 partner and pad work as well as forms. Thursday night sparring (optional) is half "fight night" and half bar brawl where you can put your knowledge to the test....but don't worry, no tears, everyone is having fun. Full gamut of other students, young and old, boys and girls.

My son started lessons when he was 5. This has been great for us in to many ways! He loves the lessons, the instructor and the other kids in the class. We also used the summer camp and other no school camp days along with a parents night out! This kid would rather hang here than almost anywhere else! Great place!

I've been to many other martial arts schools in the area and this one is superior. The instructor is extremely knowledgeable and an excellent teacher. The kids classes are exciting, fun and challenging; the adult classes are a great workout; and both teach the students valuable self-defense techniques and traditional Chinese martial arts styles. The students and staff are friendly and welcoming. I've been training here for years and I highly recommend this school.

Best martial arts school you can go to. If you want real training want to learn how to be a great fighter and person this is the school for you the people who go there are great and friendly people, the Shifu there I would say the best you can get trained by. One of the best places to build up you physical strength. I've bin to other martial schools in different states and I can say hands down this is the best place I've ever trained at and for the price you cant beat it. Shifu give s his attention to all students he doesn't just focus on the best kids he gives everyone there the attention they need if he sees you need help with something he will help you in getting better at whatever you are struggling with. Highly recommended school, if your not training here than your not training at all
